Do you accept walk-in appointments?
We operate by appointment only to ensure that every pet receives the personalized time and attention they deserve. Please call us or use our online appointment request form to schedule a visit.
What types of pets do you treat?
Village Crossroad Animal Hospital specializes in the care of dogs and cats. We offer a full range of veterinary services, including wellness exams, vaccinations, dental care, surgery, and geriatric care.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

Do you accept pet insurance?

Yes! We are happy to work with any pet insurance provider. While we do not bill insurance companies directly, we will provide you with the necessary documentation to file your claim quickly and easily.

Can I request prescriptions or food refills online?

Yes, you can request prescription refills and pet food directly through our Online Pharmacy or by calling us. Please allow 24–48 hours for requests to be processed.

What should I bring to my pet’s first appointment?
For your first visit, please bring:

  • A copy of your pet’s medical records (if available)
  • A list of current medications
  • Any behavioral or health concerns you’d like to discuss
  • A completed New Client Form, or plan to arrive a few minutes early to fill one out in person
How often should my pet have a wellness exam?

We recommend annual wellness exams for most adult pets, and more frequent visits for puppies, kittens, and senior pets. Regular checkups help us catch issues early and keep your pet happy and healthy.

What if my pet is nervous at the vet?
Our team is trained to create a calm and supportive environment, especially for anxious or fearful pets. If your pet has special needs, please let us know when booking your appointment — we’ll take extra steps to ensure a comfortable visit.
